Enjoy an afternoon of meditation, journaling, restorative yoga and healing sound
This retreat will allow you to press the reset button, giving your mind a break and re-energize your spirt and body.
We will begin with some gentle guided meditation, followed by an introspective session on what overwhelm is, how it affects you and how you can tackle it.
We will take a social break with tea and treats.
We will continue with a session of restorative yoga and finish with a deep relaxing sound bath
* Restorative Yoga suitable for all levels, no experience needed.
* Sound bath brings you into a deeper state of consciousness. Emotions are balanced and peace and calm ensured.

Bring a friend or come solo, this is a welcoming space for you to connect in and restore peace and calm In your life.
Important to know
~Blanket, mat and cushion provided however you are more than welcome to bring your own
~Do not take part to sound bath if you have a pacemaker, had major surgery or a metal implant inserted in the last 3 months or if you are on your first trimester of pregnancy
~Bring your own journal and pen
